Ecomenia is an all-in-one e-commerce management platform for growing merchants: orders, deliveries, inventory, teams, and multi-store operations—centralized dashboards, real-time tracking, and integrations that replace a patchwork of tools.

As CTO, I owned the technical architecture and implementation end to end: from core SaaS foundations to shipping features businesses rely on daily. The codebase is proprietary; there is no public repository. More on the collaboration appears on the About page.

E-commerce operators in MENA and similar markets often juggle COD workflows, local carriers, WhatsApp-led sales, and multiple storefronts—yet generic Western tooling rarely matches how inventory, payouts, and teams actually work on the ground.

Operations and orders

  • Unified order lifecycle from capture to fulfillment—real-time status, handoffs to logistics, and visibility for staff.
  • Multi-source orders (e.g. web, marketplace-style flows) with structured handling so teams do not lose signal as volume grows.

Delivery and partners

  • Carrier integrations such as Yalidine and Mystro so shipping is first-class, not bolted on at the last mile.
  • Workflows that reflect local delivery expectations: tracking, milestones, and fewer manual follow-ups.

Inventory, products, and channels

  • Inventory with alerts, trends, and controls suited to high-SKU catalogs and day-to-day merchandising.
  • Store platform connectors (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, YouCan) to import and sync catalog data instead of retyping reality.

Teams and access

  • Role-based permissions, team structure, and activity patterns that stay understandable as orgs scale beyond a handful of people.

Experience and reach

  • Arabic / English experiences with RTL where the product calls for it, so interfaces match how teams actually work.
